Over the years, I've developed many different new hire onboarding programs, including several for sales teams. 

This is a short sample of a few of the activities I include throughout training. In addition to learning the key content they need in order to function in their role, I always focus how to train people with these things in mind: 

•  to make training as engaging and memorable for participants as possible

• to help them start building community and a sense of belonging at the company

• to find new ways to practice and retain the learning 

• to give them job aids, memory aids, etc. that they can take with them in the "real world" beyond training to help make them more successful in their roles from day 1
