Over the years, I've developed many different new hire onboarding programs, including several for sales teams.
This is a short sample of a few of the activities I include throughout training. In addition to learning the key content they need in order to function in their role, I always focus how to train people with these things in mind:
to make training as engaging and memorable for participants as possible
to help them start building community and a sense of belonging at the company
to find new ways to practice and retain the learning
to give them job aids, memory aids, etc. that they can take with them in the "real world" beyond training to help make them more successful in their roles from day 1
